http://jobs.thisisnottingham.co.uk
Part of the fish4jobs site, this includes plenty of local jobs. (If you want to search for more than one of the 'job categories' hold down the 'control' key while you click the mouse on each category).

Not always very many local jobs, but useful if you are looking for professional jobs, especially in the public sector or media/marketing.
http://www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/jobs
All the latest vacancies from one of the county's largest employers, with around 60 jobs added each week. (directgov has links to other local government and council job sites).
